Had a hydrotherm massage today, it was a brilliant massage, felt so relaxed after. I needed some pampering :) I would definitely recommend anyone to try it. It's like relaxing in a hot bath. You lie on heated water sacks on a couch (they are like a big cushion). So there is no turning over which means you can fully relax throughout the whole treatment without having to turn over. It's amazing! You will be mad to not try it I repeat you will be mad to not try it!

Linda is a fantastic massage therapist, she has done several different massages on me and even managed to free my shoulder so that I could lift my arm properly. I shall be back on her couch again.
